Ultra High Detail X-Ray 3D Scanning allows to capture the entire geometry of a physical object including undercuts, hidden parts, holes from end-to-end, hollow cavities, wall thickness, and smallest details.

It is our ambition to produce most accurate copies of three dimensional objects.

At VOXILION we easily handle ultra high detail single 3D meshes with up to 120 Million polygons. We are also able to reduce such UHD 3D meshes to medium and low polygon meshes.

WHY UHD X-RAY 3D?

Because physical objects consist of more than just their visible shape and surface. Traditional 3D scanning techniques like 3D laser scanning, 3D white light scanning, and 3D photogrammetry only capture the visible shape and surface of an object but not the rest of it.

Because we 3D Scan the entire object most meshes produced with Ultra High Detail X-Ray 3D Scanning do not require any or much reverse engineering or other post processing. This saves a lot of time and money on the way to a perfect virtual copy of an object.

UHD 3D + TEXTURE

Ultra High Detail 3D meshes with texture are particularly suitable for high quality 3D Rendering, 3D Illustrative Material, 3D Reproduction, and 3D Archiving.

Ultra High Detail 3D meshes with texture also qualifie for 3D Printing. Up to now, however, 3D Printing does unfortunately not allow to print colour textures in sufficient quality.
